Privacy Policy
Effective October 16, 2026.
This site, ab-sound.com, is operated by FLOWUP MEDIA LLC, New York, USA ("we"). Questions about your data: w1ant000@gmail.com or Telegram t.me/w1ant.
This policy is written to meet the laws of the USA (CalOPPA, CCPA), the European Union and the United Kingdom (GDPR, UK GDPR) and Russia (Federal Law 152-FZ). The English and Russian versions have equal force; the Russian version applies to Russian-speaking users in any country.
1. What we collect
- Mixing form: your name, a contact (Telegram, Instagram or email), the audio files and archives you upload or a link to them in the cloud, a reference track link, your notes on the current mix, and your answer about showing the project on our social media.
- Consulting: your Telegram contact, a description of your gear and your goal, a recording of the call, and temporary remote access to your computer.
- Payments: paid through Boosty (rubles) or Stripe (card, US dollars). We never receive or store card numbers; we only see that a payment went through and the payer's name or email.
- Technical data: the site uses no advertising, pixels or third-party analytics. Its only cookie, lang, is set only when you choose a language yourself and remembers that choice for a year. In browser storage (localStorage) the site keeps the same language choice and what it needs to resume an unfinished file upload after a page reload (the request number, file names and sizes). We count visits with GoAccess from our own server logs, with no code on the pages: which pages were opened, where visitors came from, the browser and the country by IP address; this data is not shared with anyone. The /mix/ru/ and /smule/ pages embed YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): when a player loads, YouTube receives your IP address. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time).
2. Why we use it
- To listen to your project, give feedback and quote a price.
- To deliver the service: mix your song, run a consultation, set up your stream.
- To contact you about your order.
- To show the project on the site and on our social media as an example of our work, only if you chose "Yes" in the form or picked the case-study rate.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Legal bases (for users in the EU and UK): performance of our contract with you (the order, the consultation), your consent (showing the project on social media, sending the form), our legitimate interest (support on your order, defending against claims) and our legal obligations (accounting for payments).
3. Who we share it with
Only the services the work depends on: hosting NKtelecom INC (server in the Netherlands), file storage for uploads on the same NKtelecom INC server, Boosty and Stripe for payments, Zoom, Telegram and Yandex Telemost for calls, AnyDesk or RustDesk for remote access. Each of them handles data under its own privacy policy.
Data is stored on servers in the USA and the EU. If you are in the EU or UK, your data is transferred to the USA on the basis of your consent when you send the form and of standard contractual terms with our providers. If you are a Russian citizen, by sending the form or paying for a service you consent to the cross-border transfer of your data and its storage outside Russia.
4. How long we keep it
- Stems and project files: 30 days after the final mix is delivered, then deleted. If the order does not go ahead, 30 days after the last message.
- Consultation call recordings: 30 days, then deleted. Your own copy stays with you.
- Name, contact and messages: as long as they are needed for support on your order, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Material that went into a published case study with your consent stays published.
5. Remote access
We connect only with your consent, while you are present and only for the length of the call. We change the settings we agreed on and do not copy or browse your files. You close the access on your side after the call.
6. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can:
- ask what data we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data or restrict its processing;
- receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability);
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time, for example consent to show your project on social media before the case study is published; withdrawal does not affect processing done before it;
- complain to the supervisory authority of your country (in the EU, your national data protection authority; in the UK, the ICO; in Russia, Roskomnadzor; in California, the Attorney General).
We do not sell or share your data for advertising, so no "Do Not Sell or Share" opt-out (CCPA) is needed. We never treat you worse for exercising your rights. Write to w1ant000@gmail.com or t.me/w1ant; we reply within 7 days, or up to 30 days in complex cases.
7. Do Not Track and children
The site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Our services are for people 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
A new version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
9. Consent
By clicking "Send" in the form or paying for a service, you confirm that you have read this policy and agree to it.
