Terms and Conditions

Effective October 14, 2026.

These terms are between FLOWUP MEDIA LLC, New York, USA ("we") and you. By sending a project through the form or paying for a service, you accept them. The English page sells mixing only, so these terms cover mixing; consulting is sold on the Russian page under the Russian terms.

1. Services and prices

  • Mixing and mastering of one song: $300.
  • Mixing + case study: $150 per song, on the condition that the project may be shown on our social media and no copyright claim is filed against our YouTube videos.

Prices apply at the time of payment. Card payments go through Stripe, whose terms also apply.

2. How an order works

  1. You send the project through the form. Feedback is free and carries no obligation.
  2. After feedback you pay for the service. Work starts after full payment.
  3. The finished mix and master are delivered within 5 business days after payment. If the project needs something from your side (missing stems, new tracks), the clock restarts when we have everything.

For consumers in the EU and UK: by paying, you ask us to start work right away and acknowledge that once work has started at your request, the 14-day right to withdraw from the contract no longer applies. If you change your mind before work starts, you get a full refund (section 4).

3. Revisions

  • Two revision rounds are included. One round is one list of notes on the delivered mix; please collect your notes into a single list.
  • Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • A revision is a change to balance, processing or the level of individual parts. New vocals, new tracks, a different arrangement or beat, or a change of creative direction is a new order at the current price.
  • Extra revision rounds beyond two are available by agreement at an extra charge.

4. Refunds

  • Full refund if work has not started. No refund once work has started. If we cannot deliver the mix, you get a full refund.
  • No refunds on the basis of taste after the two included revision rounds.

5. Rights to the material

  • You confirm that you own all submitted material or have permission to use it. Copyright disputes over submitted material are your responsibility.
  • All rights to the song and the finished mix stay with you. We claim no share in the rights, the writing credit or the income.
  • A "Mixed by AB Sound" credit where the platform allows it is appreciated but not required.

6. Showing the project and the case-study rate

  • If you chose "Yes" in the form or picked "Mixing + case study", you allow us to show parts of the project, stems and before/after comparisons on the site and on our social media, including before the song is released.
  • On the case-study rate you also agree not to file copyright claims against our videos that use this material. This condition is part of the price and cannot be withdrawn after paying the discounted rate.
  • If you chose "No", the project is not shown anywhere.

7. Liability

  • We do not guarantee streams, playlist placements, reach or commercial results.
  • Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
  • We keep your files for 30 days after delivery, so keep your own copies of the project.

8. General

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Nothing in them limits the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence (consumer protection laws of the EU, the UK, Russia and the US states), and a consumer dispute may be heard where the consumer lives.
  • We aim to settle any dispute by discussion first: write to us and we reply within 7 days.
  • If any clause of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
  • A new version of these terms is posted on this page with a new date; the terms in force at the time of payment apply to that order.
  • The English and Russian versions have equal force; the Russian version applies to Russian-speaking clients in any country.
